| Swedish Massage - If you would like a full body massage then this is the one for you. This style employs movements that are slow and gentle, or vigorous, according to the results that the practitioner wishes to achieve. Pressure is light to moderate. |

| Deep Tissue Massage - Deep tissue is generally used to restore function or balance to a specific area, by way of acessing deeper layers of the muscles. In order for the body to accept this kind of work, some time may be required to prepare the overlying tissues. With thatsaid we ask our clients to consider a 90-120 minute session when requesting Deep Tissue massage involving the whole body. |

| Paraffin Dips - Area is dipped in paraffin wax and then placed in warmers for 2o minutes. When the wax is taken off, the area is submerged in alternating hot and cold water. The results speak for themselves. Total time 30 Minutes. |

| Hand and Foot Heaven - Sit back and relax as both your hands and feet are exfoliated with a lavender salt scrub and then covered with a warm milk and honey moisturizer that is removed with hot steamed towels. Just when you thought it couldn't get any better we will immerse your hands and feet in a paraffin wax bath, then into warmers. To top it off you will get an amazing hand and foot massage. | Strain/Counter strain - This is an orthopedic modality, and involves various positions of comfort that are each held for 90 seconds. This type of bodywork is great for people that cannot tolerate even light pressure. The most benefit is gained when the work being done involves no pain. Clients may have the option of remaining fully clothed which may appeal to those who feel uncomfortable with some other types of massage. |
