Appointments and Cancellations
We recommend booking future appointments before leaving. We respectfully request a 24-hour cancellation notice for individual services (48 hours for multiple appointments).
Gratuities/Tips
Gratuities are not included in any of our services, packages or gift cards. We are pleased to assist you with providing for gratuities if desired.
Cell Phones and Pagers
For your comfort, we respectfully request that all cell phones and pagers either be turned to vibrate mode or completely off.
Children in the Salon or Spa
We are pleased to have children in the salon and spa if they are scheduled for an appointment.
